In the early days of scaling Groupon there was a lot to do. Getting to 220 staff in 3 months means getting a lot done! You need to just ship and keep getting better.
We would shout "Don't think! Just do!" when people were not delivering results.
But putting your head down and hustling like a beast is only part of the story. You need to be shipping the right things. So there is something missing with what we are talking about, right?
You need to know where you are heading and why, so you can throw your energy behind the correct initiatives.

Who can I trust to keep it real with me with startup help?
Building a startup and investing is incredibly hard. There are no meaningful numbers to support decisions. You have specific questions which Google has no answer to. And... you aren't even sure what you should be doing... and you don't have time to see the trees through the woods.
What you want are answers. Now. Specific to your exact circumstance. And if you are asking the wrong question (42), know what you should be asking.
You tried pinging a friend on Facebook for startup help "Hey John- I'm raising a round. How do I structure the deal?" John shares something, but it's not enough. You try reading blogs, but they are high level and possibly confusing.
Shit. What now? If only someone could set you straight, talk without bullshit and knew what you don't even know that you don't know, that you don't know yet.
